Tell me about your company: Who are you? Where are you located? How long have you been in business?
PartySoda.com is a division of Private Label Specialties, Ltd. of Goffstown, New Hampshire. We've been in business over a dozen years, serving area and national businesses with promotional aids and our full line of custom labeled soft drinks and water.
Do you bottle your own products?
Yes, all of our beverages are our own recipe, except the spring water in which we continue to use Mother Nature's recipe since it has always stood the test of time.
Do you prepare the custom labels?
Yes, our art department works directly with you to assure that you get exactly what
you want. Then we prepare and print the labels and put them on the bottles.
How do you ship the product?
Normally via UPS. For large orders, we or the customer may elect to use another carrier. Local customers may want to pickup the product at our warehouse and save the shipping fees.
Can I order more than one flavor in my order?
Yes. If you have added soda or water to your Shopping cart, simply
click on the "Add Beverages" button, select a different flavor
and click on Add to Cart.
Can I order more than one kind of Label in an order?
No. Each order can only have a single Label applied to all
products in it. If you'd like to order product with more than one
Label, submit a new order for each Label.
How many bottles are there in a case and what size are the bottles?
Every case has 24 bottles. All of the sodas and the sparkling water are in
12 ounce glass bottles...the Spring Water comes in 16.9 ounce plastic
bottles.
Can I get more than one flavor per case?
While you can mix and match the "cases" it a bit more
complicated to mix and match "a" case. While we don't prefer to
do this, if you like to split a case there would be an additional $10
charge to do so. It would be limited to splitting just once, which would
be 12 bottles of each. This won't be noted anywhere in the ordering
process so just pick one of the flavors and in the comment section, tell
us that you'd like to split the case for $10 more along with the
additional flavor.
How long does the whole process take and when will my case(s) ship?
That depends on which way you have placed your order. If you have placed
it with the Label Wizard, we could ship it the very next day. If you
placed it with the Custom Label option, it will take a day or so for the
proof, then we can ship it the same day you approve it if it's before
noon...or the next day if it's after noon. If you need it fast, CALL US,
we'll do what we can to rush it.
Shipping can take 1 or 2 days if you're in the Northeast, 3 or 4 days if
you're in the Mid-West or South Eastern States and 4- 5 days for Texas and
out to the West Coast. If you'd like to know exactly, just call or email
us and we'll be glad to tell you, we'll just need the zip code that it
will be going to.
